A Hunting Creek Vineyards Wedding – Clover, Virginia

Michelle and Josh were married on May 18th, 2019 at Hunting Creek Vineyards in Clover, Virginia.

I am going to start here with Michelle’s first email to me. She explained to me her and Josh’s oh so precious idea to have a small, small wedding with cocktails, beer, apps, and good food with their closest family and friends. She also wrote that she had to have me photograph it (SAY WHAT?!) and it was totally up to my calendar on where and when they would have it, too. What a dream! I mean, I literally teared up reading her email!

The idea of this small and intimate wedding, reminded me SO much of my own personal wedding. Not to mention, after getting to know these two even more during their engagement session (you can find that here), where we NERDED out about Game of Thrones and so much more…I just knew we were meant to be couple and wedding photographer! Haha!

But seriously you guys…this day was so perfect. I wish you could have been there yourself just to know exactly what I am talking about. It was so relaxed, and calm. Not once was the day fast paced. Michelle even had a very special visitor land on her shoulder during their portraits. Those that know Michelle…know just how special that little visitor was.

After DELICIOUS apps from Cooper’s Landing and of course wine from Hunting Creek were served, these two made their way up stairs of the tasting room, and said their vows in front of their closest family and friends. They became husband and wife, and literally Michelle said “Ok that’s it, let’s go eat dinner!” LOL!!! You can’t make these things up! I just love it and I am SO happy for you both!!!
