A Cloverdale Quarters Wedding – Sutherlin, Virginia

Meghan and Brad were married on October 20th, 2018 at Cloverdale Quarters in Sutherlin, Virginia.

Where do I begin you guys?! Not only have I got to know Meghan just through having gone to middle and high school together, but I got to know both her AND Brad relationship during their engagement session (you can find that here) and let me tell you…they make SO much sense together. Oh, I mean, literally you guys, I could NEVER imagine them not together! So, you better believe I wasn’t the only one READY for them to become husband and wife!

Meghan’s bridal portraits (you can find those here) were just a small teaser of how gorgeous I knew she would look on her wedding day. As I arrived, I was SO excited to see her with the biggest smile on her face. Her vision for all the little and big details was finally coming together. Oh, and were they BEAUTIFUL too! That red bridesmaid dress color, the cake, the smores bar, the seating area, the flowers….and OH MY GOSH HER BOUQUET! It was all SO gorgeous!!!

As family, the bridal party, and of course…Roxy and Jager made their way down the aisle, the time finally arrived as Brad got to see his wife walk closer towards him. They locked eyes, and shared their oh so beautiful vows with one another. Before we knew it, they sealed the deal with a kiss and walked back down the aisle with the biggest smiles as HUSBAND AND WIFE!!!!

Their Love Story

When and where did you both meet?

When did you know he was the one and vice versa?

Meghan: I know this will sound cheesy, but I had those butterflies in my stomach the moment I met Brad. It was almost instant that I just wanted to spend as much time as possible with him. After dating for a couple of months, I knew that I did not want to spend the rest of my life without him.

Brad: After a year or so of dating and I felt like I really knew her for who she really was, from that moment on there was no doubt that she was the one.

What is the one thing you both love each other the most for?

Meghan: I love his big heart. Brad is super caring and loving towards me, family and friends. He makes sure that those who are important to him, know how much.

Brad: The way she cares for her family, friends, kids that she works with, and ME.

How did he propose?

We were having our house warming party with family and friends at our new home. We had just finished opening gifts when Brad stood up and said that he had one more present for me. Then he got down on one knee and asked the question.
